RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, products can be returned within 3 days from the date of first attempted delivery of the order and you can choose between changing the item, resizing or providing a credit balance (voucher for vayavintage.com).In order for a return to be accepted, the original receipt is mandatory and all products must be in perfect condition with the labels and original unused packaging.Otherwise, returns will not be accepted.

Vaya Vintage reserves the right to refuse returns that are not authorized or not shipped in accordance with the return conditions detailed in this return policy. In the event of unauthorized or unaccepted returns, products will be returned to the original order shipping address.

Products may be exchanged for any available different size or item. Unfortunately, discount items, gift cards, jewelry, accessories, lingerie and swimwear will NOT be exchanged.Items that are sets must be returned all together.

You are responsible for the return and reshipment costs and we only accept courier company and not returns sent by Greek Post due to frequent losses and serious delays.
